How fast can someone actually start?
Our standard promise is a shortlist within 48 hours and a start the following Monday. For urgent cover we've placed freelancers within 24 hours — tell us your deadline and we'll be straight with you about what's possible.
What does it cost?
You pay the freelancer's day rate plus our service margin, wrapped into one transparent price — the rate we quote is the rate you pay. Admin support typically starts around £140/day and senior marketing specialists from £250/day. No signup fees, no minimum term.
Who handles IR35 and compliance?
We do. Every engagement comes with a status determination, right-to-work checks and confirmation of professional indemnity insurance, so your legal and finance teams can relax.
Can we hire the freelancer permanently?
Yes — we love it when that happens. After three months of placements, you can convert your freelancer to a permanent hire with a simple, pre-agreed transfer fee.
Do freelancers work remotely or on site?
Both. Most of our freelancers work remotely across the UK, and many are happy to be on site or hybrid — just tell us what your team needs in the brief.
